Diamond Grade Reflective Tape is known to be the brightest. This tape uses cube prisms technology, which reflects more light than high-intensity grade tape and provides excellent reflection equally during both day and night. In the United States, new signage for traffic control often uses this type of tape because it is brighter than other options. Additionally, for marine applications, SOLAS (Safety of Life at Sea) prismatic tape is considered the brightest tape available, but it is typically only available in white (silver).
If brightness is a crucial factor for your application, Diamond Grade or SOLAS Reflective Tape would likely be the best options.
