2、 The width of body reflective identification materials shall be selected from the following values: 50mm, 75mm and 100mm. When some types of vehicles cannot paste 50mm wide body reflective identification, two 25mm wide body reflective identification can be pasted in parallel.
3、 For trucks with a total mass of not less than 12000kg and trailers with a total mass of more than 3500kg, reflective signs on the body shall be set at the rear. The reflective signs on the rear body shall reflect the rear width of the vehicle, and the minimum height from the ground shall be 380mm. When class I vehicle body reflective marking material is adopted, the sum of its area with the rear reflector shall not be less than 0.1 square; When the secondary body reflective marking material is adopted, the sum of its area and the rear reflector shall not be less than 0.2 square meters.
4、 Reflective signs shall be set on the side of automobile trains and trucks with a length greater than or equal to 10m. The side body reflective identification is allowed to be interrupted, but the length of each continuous section shall not be less than 300mm, and at least one unit of red and white body reflective identification materials shall be included. The total length of reflective signs on the side body shall not be less than 50% of the vehicle length. When the installation or pasting length fails to meet the specified requirements, the contour method can be used for compensation.
5、 The total area of body reflective signs pasted on each vehicle shall be less than 2 square meters.
6、 The pasted body reflective signs shall not be blocked, and the performance of the vehicle's original lighting and signal device shall not be affected after the vehicle pastes the body reflective signs.
7、 If the paint surface is intact, the luminous indication of the vehicle body can be directly pasted on the paint after cleaning the surface; For the paint that has been soft and powdered, the paint shall be removed, the substrate shall be treated with rust prevention, and then the reflective identification of the vehicle body shall be pasted.
8、 If the vehicle is equipped with a protective device, the reflective identification of the vehicle body can be pasted on the protective device.
9、 When it is impossible to paste the body reflective mark on the body, the body reflective mark material shall be pasted on the lining plate first, and then installed on the body.
10、 After the vehicle is pasted with the body reflective mark, the edge of the body reflective mark shall be waterproof.
11、 Technical requirements for body reflective identification materials: the body reflective identification shall meet the national standard of the people's Republic of China reflective identification of truck and trailer body (gb23254-2009) in terms of retroreflection performance and uniformity, weather resistance, salt spray corrosion resistance, solvent resistance, impact resistance, temperature resistance, adhesion, water resistance, bending resistance, etc requirement.
