White Reflective Sheeting Manufacturers

All of our reflective vinyl sheets are compatible with most types of cutting machines, including but not limited to the Cricut Explore, Silhouette Cameo, any other die-cutting machine as well as professional and commercial grade vinyl cutting machines.

Adhesive Type: Sheets are pre-coated with PS adhesive, which bonds the sheet to the substrate by applying pressure only. Pressure can be applied with a manual roller, suction pick or roller applicator. Permanent bonding does not take place until 48 hours after application. Do not allow the adhesive to freeze during the 48 hour cooking period.

Durability: The most important properties of retro-reflective sheets are reflectivity, color, and durability. Of these, durability is probably the most important, so special attention should be paid to the selection and use of raw materials and production techniques to ensure maximum durability. From the numerous tests conducted, it can be determined that, when applied as recommended, reflective vinyl can be considered to meet the durability criteria given below without any clear coating. Small hairline cracks may appear in the sheet under certain weathering conditions, but such cracks will not significantly degrade the daytime or nighttime performance of the sign.

Application: Pre-coated with an adhesive that will bond the sheet firmly and permanently to clean and smooth tested and approved surfaces of metals, coated metals, plastics, plywood, etc.

Storage and Shelf Life: Must be stored in a cool, dry, and dry place. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight and storage in excessively humid areas. The shelf life of the film is 12 months after delivery.

Maintenance: Surfaces covered with dust or small particles of sand should be cleaned with water containing a neutral, mild detergent. To avoid scarring of the surface, use a soft, clean cloth or sponge when washing and drying. To remove tar and oily substrates, wipe gently with a soft cloth soaked in a medium solvent such as kerosene or turpentine.
