The HIP Reflective Sheeting is a high-quality product that features a distinctive pattern of large diamond-shaped angles on its surface. It is available in a range of vibrant colors, including white, blue, red, yellow, green, brown, orange, and fluorescent yellow-green.

The film is made of acrylic material and can be processed through various methods such as UV printing, screen printing, digital printing, and engraving. The HIP reflective Sheeting has a thickness greater than 0.45mm and a weight greater than 450g/m². It is packaged in an outer box with dimensions of 1280*220*240.

The film possesses excellent characteristics, including a high retroreflection coefficient, exceptional weather resistance, and the ability to be applied smoothly without wrinkling. The commonly used colors exhibit the following retroreflection coefficients: white (380), yellow (300), red (80), orange (165), blue (50), green (80), and brown (40). Once the film is processed and applied, it can withstand cold temperatures of around -10°C and heat of approximately 70°C.
However, during the application process, it is recommended to control the temperature within the range of 10°C to 36°C. The super-reflective film finds extensive applications and is commonly used for municipal and highway traffic signs, including those on expressways, city roads, and outline markers. These applications require a relatively higher level of performance from the reflective film.
